China Security & Protection Group Co., Ltd. Is Invited to Participate in the Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China and the First Meeting of the Sixth Standing Council of the China Security & Protection Industry Association (CSPIA)

On June 10, 2021, the Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China and the First Meeting of the Sixth Standing Council of the China Security & Protection Industry Association (CSPIA) is successfully held in Beijing Xinyuan Hotel. China Security & Protection Group Co., Ltd., a standing director unit of CSPIA, was invited to attend the event.

On the morning of the June 10, CSPIA organized a celebration event for the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China with the aim of studying and implementing the important speech and spirits of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the mobilization meeting on the study and education of Party history in an in-depth manner as well as inspiring the entire security industry nationwide to live up to the missions and follow the Party with determination.

The celebration event of the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party held by the CSPIA is of great significance for the security and protection industry to unite the strength of the entire industry, vigorously carry forward the revolutionary traditions, inherit the revolutionary genes, and inspire the spirit of the New March and the New Era.

The celebration event is themed by “Learning CPC History, Promoting Development, Making Contribution” and consists of four chapters — “A Century of Striving, A Start of New Journey”, “Full Flowering of A Century”, “Solemn Commitment, Stay True to the Mission” and “Precise Poverty Alleviation to Serve the People”. Various activities such as reviewing the glorious history of the Party, exchanging experience in Party building, oath-taking of new Party members and commending security and protection enterprises with great contributions in poverty alleviation were carried out as gifts for the birthday of the Party.

At the end of the event, all the participants sing in chorus There Wouldn't Be a New China Without the Communist Party of China and take group photos to keep the moments.

In the afternoon of the June 10, CSPIA holds the first standing council meeting of the sixth council. Guided by Xi Jinping's Socialism Ideology with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the meeting comprehensively carries out the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, reviews and summarizes the work of the Association in the first half of 2021 and presents the work plan for the second half of the year, puts forward the opinions on the work of the Association in 2021 through research, and discusses in depth the opportunities and challenges faced in the current development of the industry, as well as how the Association should play its due role in serving the country, the society, the industry and the members.

       

As the first agenda item of the meeting, Chairman Gu Jianguo delivers a work report titled Seizing Opportunities, Seeking Development, Striving for a New Chapter.

As the second agenda item of the meeting, Zhao Yuan, Director of the Security Technology Prevention and Video Application Management Division of the Science and Technology Information Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, delivers a speech on behalf of the industry administration.

As the third agenda item of the meeting, the report on the personnel election of the Association and the revision of related systems is debriefed by Secretary General Wang Nan. In accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association, as nominated by the Chairman and decided by the Office of the Chairman, Wang Nan makes an introduction to Liu Cunxin, Executive Editor-in-Chief of China Security, and Sun Zhendong, Director of the Competence Evaluation Management Center, as candidates for Deputy Secretary General of CSPIA. The two candidates are approved by the participants with a high number of votes. Wang Nan also introduces that the Association intends to revise and improve eight management systems such as the Administrative Measures for Conference Fees, which is also adopted by the General Assembly and officially takes effect.

As the fourth agenda item of the meeting, Chen Chaowu, Deputy Director of CSPIA, releases and elaborates the 14th Five-Year Development Plan (2021-2025) of the Security and Protection Industry in China.

As the fifth agenda item of the meeting, Liu Yun, Director of the Exhibition Department of CSPIA, makes a detailed introduction for the delegates on matters related to the 2022 (16th) China International Social Public Security and Protection Products Expo.

At the end of the meeting, the participants make heated group discussions around Chairman Gu Jianguo's work report, Director Zhao Yuan's speech and Deputy Director Chen Chaowu's interpretation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the Security and Protection Industry, along with the aspects such as the current state of development of the industry, market demand, business reality as well as the functions of the Association.  

The participants also put forward a number of constructive suggestions for the meeting, with the hope that CSPIA would take the lead, conduct in-depth enterprise research, and integrate the development of local associations, build more communication platforms for enterprises, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the security  and protection industry.
