CSP Rail Transit Safety Department Organized Special Training on Anti-telecom Fraud

Due to the needs of pandemic prevention and control, the project bases of the CSP Rail Transit Safety Department are closed and semi-closed, and it is hard to avoid fluctuation of the emotions of team members. Therefore, the project departments engaged in one-on-one conversations and psychological counseling by cadres in time to remove employees’ anxiety. Local project departments were also required to provide special training for all employees to prevent telecom fraud on the basis of daily business training.

The management at all levels of the Rail Transit Safety Department made active response by level-by-level implementation. They unmasked the usual tactics of telecom fraud to employees by organizing training for the entire staff, distributing publicity materials, hanging publicity warning banners at key locations, and sending reminders in WeChat work groups. They analyzed and explained “eight rules” of fraud in detail to enhance the safety awareness of the staff, reminded them not to be credulous, not to reply to unknown text messages, and not to transfer money to unfamiliar accounts, and educated them to understand the proper prevention methods, correct their mindset, and spare no loop-hole for criminals due to fluke mind.

The Urumqi Project Department invited community police and security cadres to make their presence in daily training to conduct safety production inspection, business training and anti-telecom fraud education and popularization for the entire staff in batches. Yang Lin, General Manager of the Project Department, organized and led members to participate in safety education by on-site drill of the anti-telecom fraud response process. Tianjin Project Department requested all cadres and employees to renew a letter of responsibility for preventing telecom fraud on a weekly basis to improve the anti-fraud ability of security team members. This series of training prompted every team member to attach more importance to the prevention of telecom fraud, thus avoiding economic losses.

This training launched by the Rail Transit Safety Department is meant to provide guidance for employees on how to prevent telecom fraud, generalize their “anti-telecom fraud” capabilities, promote their awareness of prevention, improve their alertness and the ability to identify fraudulent behaviors, raise their consciousness of prevention, and advance their self-protection awareness, so as to further upgrade their anti-fraud awareness in future life, and defend the safety of themselves and their family members.
